Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel/return an item, you have a period of 7 days from start of contract with Arfon Rewinds, or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).. Once notified, Arfon Rewinds will allow a further 14 days to send the goods back at your own cost.

We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the goods, providing the following:

  • The goods are in full working condition.
  • The goods have not been fitted and are still in an unused condition.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

If the goods are damaged or faulty, please call us on 0151 334 6808 to organise the claim. Arfon Rewinds may not be able to offer you a replacement or refund until the warranty investigation is complete.

In order to process a return, please call 0151 334 6808 and request a GRN and form. When you have received your unique GRN number, please complete the form provided and include it within the packaging of the returned item. Please note that returns will not be processed without a GRN number.

If you are returning an item due to a fault, we may ask you to return it directly to the manufacturer for investigation. If the fault is due to manufacturing, a full refund or replacement will be provided. However, if the fault is due to installation errors, mis-use or an incorrectly specified unit, we will be unable to offer you any kind of refund.
